Donald R. Gaddy II is a Charlotte, NC native with strong community ties and a passion for connecting individuals to their dreams. As a teen; Donald learned the value of hard work, relationships and perseverance from his late grandfather, John F. Berry Sr. through working the family business after school and during the summer.Upon graduating from Harding University High School, Donald enrolled at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing.
